As others in the collection, this piece generally explores body language and colour expression. inspired by the divine feminines ability to express herself and be willing not to compromise for anything less than unconditional love, i sought to capture inebriating essence of the unbridled love that seeps through ever so slightly that is often overlooked by first glance, in her bodily expression. The colours like a flame, compliment the intensity of her expression with warmer colours either on her or around her to show the effect on herself and her environment as i believe everything is connected. my goal was to capture the sheepish innocence of hers in the moment, despite the ominous vibe of the affair, overall this was meant to have a much darker effect on the viewer almost ensnared by the looming darkness of the colour and the innocence of the woman.
